Events
There is so much to see and do in Cumbria with shows, fairs and
fêtes offering the visitor the chance to participate in time honoured
Cumbrian pastimes like gurning (where
contestants vie to pull the most bloated face they can!). There are
many event venues in the county offering both traditional and avant
garde entertainment.
