Black Combe

Black Combe in the south-west of the Lake District is 600 metres above sea level and can be seen from as far away as Dalton-in-Furness in the south of the county.

Black Combe is one of the Lake District's most famous southerly peaks; nearby Whitfell to the north is of similar height but cannot offer the views afforded by Black Combe.  more
