Duddon Valley

At the north of the river the old packhorse bridge, Birks Bridge, is a popular tourist attraction. At the southern end Duddon Bridge attracts many keen to gaze down into the impenetrable depths of one of Cumbria's finest rivers.

The Duddon Valley is easily traversed via the minor roads that snake over and alongside the river. more
