Thirlmere Valley

Located to the south of Keswick, this lake provides a quiet spot in the heart of the English Lake District.

At the southern end of the lake, Wythburn church rests and provides a lovely vantage-point for the visitor to gaze out at the Lakes. The church is easy to reach and has its own car park.

Sailing and watersports are not allowed on the lake.
