The Lake District Tourism and Conservation Partnership Ltd. Actively raise funds in partnership with visitors and tourism businesses to maintain and enhance the Lake District. Funds are raised using a variety of schemes from donation boxes to voluntary levy's whereby the tourism businesses are encouraged to add an optional nominal charge to bills.
