Dent

Dent, near Sedbergh, is a lively small village set on the western edge of theYorkshire Dales. Close to the River Dee, Dent is bounded in the near distance by the peaks of Aye Gill Pike (556m), Crag Hill (682m) and Whernside (736m). Wth some 18th century buildings and a lovely village green, Dent makes a lovely afternoon's visit or stay. Dent is about 16.9 km from the M6 motorway and is easily accesible via minor roads.
