Keswick, often called the Queen of the Lake District, is blessed with sublime surrounding geography. Bounded on the north by Skiddaw mountain to the east by Blencathra and to the south by High Seat, Keswick sits snugly on Derwentwater , home of many Beatrix Potter characters, at the heart of the Lake District.
