Lindale

Lindale village is set to the north of Grange-over-Sands on a hill overlooking Morecambe Bay. Situated close to the A590 and near the River Winster, this tiny village offers easy access to the Lake District National Park.

Lindale's major claim to fame is that it is the former home of John Wilkinson who built the world's first iron boat.
